If you’ve driven past Hunua Views this year, you’ll have seen just how much it’s transformed. 2025 has been a big year — new roads, new stages, new homes, and plenty of hard work behind the scenes. Month by month, the vision for this neighbourhood is becoming reality, and it’s exciting to see Hunua Views getting closer to the finish line.
Our Year in Review:
- Stage 10 titles are out.
- Civil works wrapped up on Stages 7B & 8
- Stage 11 earthworks kicked off
- Over in Block A, most homes are completed, with just five sites left (three of those are Showhome carparks).
- Stages 5 and 7C are nearly built out, only a handful of lots still under construction.
What’s Coming in 2026
- Stage 11 earthworks continue and finish early in the year.
- Stages 6 & 9 civil works start — expect to see plenty of action on-site.
- More homes and releases across Stages 7B, 8 & 10, thanks to our build partners.
There’s plenty to look forward to in the new year as we open up more opportunities for home ownership and welcome new faces into our growing community. Hunua Views is moving ahead quickly, and it’s exciting to see the progress happening right here in our own backyard.
